Condo Rental Rules


1. Smoking is NOT allowed in the condo. Smoking is only permitted on the balcony.

2. People other than those in the Guest party may not stay overnight in the property. Any other person in the property is the sole responsibility of Guest.

3. All of the units are privately owned; the owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The Homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise.

4. I the renter authorize the owner or Playa Azul Realty to deduct from my credit card the amount of $200 for the security deposit. In case of any damage on the apartment and the damage amount that exceeds the security deport I authorize the owner and or Playa Azul Realty to deduct from my credit card the difference in cost.
For example: TV was broken intentionally, cost $400.00 to replace, deposit taken $200, difference that will be charge to credit card is $200 for additional expense. Copy of the receipt for purchase of the TV will be sent by mail as evidence and for your records.

5. Keep the property and all furnishings in good order
6. Only use appliances for their intended uses. The fuse panel is located in the kitchen behind the palm tree painting. 7. Pets are NOT allowed. OR PETS are permitted only with prior approval and the
Pet Addendum must be completed.

8. Parking: Parking is limited to ___1____ vehicle(s). Vehicles are to be parked in designated parking areas only. Vehicle needs to be parked in parking spot number 68. Parking on the road is not permitted. Any illegally parked cars are subject to towing; applicable fines/towing fees are the sole responsibility of the vehicle owner.

9. Housekeeping: While linens and bath towels are included in the unit, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. There is no daily housekeeping service with a regular rental. Daily housekeeping can be arranged for an additional cost and need to be arranged prior to your arrival. We suggest you bring beach towels. We do not permit towels or linens to be taken from the units.

10. Pool: Pool hours are 7am to 9pm daily and can be used by our guests. 11. Storms:: If there is a storm or hurricane, no refunds will be given unless:

• The state or local authorities order mandatory evacuations in a "Tropical Storm/Hurricane Warning area" and/or
• A "mandatory evacuation order has been given for the Tropical Storm/Hurricane Warning" area of residence of a vacationing guest.
• The day that the authorities order a mandatory evacuation order in a "Tropical Storm/Hurricane Warning," area, we will refund:
-Any unused portion of rent from a guest currently registered;
-Any unused portion of rent from a guest that is scheduled to arrive, and wants to shorten the stay, to come in after the Hurricane Warning is lifted; and
-Any advance rents collected or deposited for a reservation that is scheduled to arrive during the "Hurricane Warning" period.

12. Upon departure please turn of all lights, turn off the A/C units, lock balcony sliding door and main gate.
